🔧 **Join Our Team as an Appliance Repair Technician!**

Are you a skilled Appliance Repair Technician looking for an exciting opportunity? We’re hiring in Virginia and Michigan! Choose a career with us and unlock your potential for unlimited earnings.

**Two Options for Day-to-Day Earning:**

**Option 1: Performance-Based Earnings**
– Earn 25% per Completed Job.
– Minimum Job Target: 20 jobs per month.
– Potential Monthly Earnings: $1,200 (assuming minimum targets).
– AVG $200/call = $4,000 revenue = $1,000. Increase call average, increase earnings.
– NO CAP on the number of jobs you can work!
– Review every thirty days to assess startup capacity and true opportunity.
– NO guaranteed hours, but call backs or non-revenue jobs receive $18 per hour.

**Option 2: Guaranteed Hourly Pay**
– Receive $18 per Hour with a 10-Hour GUARANTEE Each Week.
– Weekly Guaranteed Earnings: $180.
– Monthly Guaranteed Earnings: $720.
– Health insurance provided for full-time work.

**Additional Benefits for Both Options:**
– Initial Sign-on Bonus: $250.
– Additional $1,000 at completion of 12 months.
– Company credit card for parts & tool purchases.
– Tool Bag loadout and 7 Uniform shirts provided.
– Online training from Fred’s Appliance Academy, a $2,000 value.
– Health Insurance for full-time employees when full-time position is available.
– Review every thirty days to assess startup capacity for a potential full-time move.

**Flexibility and Convenience:**
– Ultimate Schedule Control.
– Parts and Supplies Delivered Directly to Home.
– Phone Stipend: $50 per month.
– Recurring video call, minimum once per week.

**Two Options for Long or Short Term Equity and Bonus Earning:**
– Profit-Sharing available annually or at “above board” exit.
– 5-20% of company profit sharing pool in bonus form.
– Equity Shares available with long-term commitments, vested annually up to 5% of UDG corporate.

**Company Commitment:**
– Continuous Mentorship and Performance Reviews.
– Daily and Weekly Communication and Team Engagement.
– Additional Training or Certification Costs Covered by the Company.
– Van Acquisition when achieving $40,000 in Gross Revenue for 3 months in a row.
