Description

We are seeking 2 experienced Appliance Technicians to join our team. As an Appliance Technician, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our customers by repairing and maintaining a wide range of household appliances.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and more –
• Handle customer service inquiries and provide professional and courteous assistance –
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of repairs, parts used, and other relevant information –
• Ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and adhere to our standards –
• Order and maintain service vehicle inventory of necessary parts and supplies –
• Manage the routine maintenance of service vehicle including a clean appearance –
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements

Requirements

• Experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role –
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus –
• Strong knowledge of household appliances, including troubleshooting and repair techniques –
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills –
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively –
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills –
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record –
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy appliances as needed –
