Job Summary: As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing home appliances. Your expertise in handling various types of appliance repairs will contribute to our mission of offering the best service in America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair home appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, ovens, washers, and dryers.
• Troubleshoot problems and make accurate repairs in a timely manner.
• Read and interpret schematics and service manuals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge in appliance repair.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field.
• Knowledge of sealed system repairs is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and service manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

• $20 – $40 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Potential to grow with the company to a six-figure income.
