Accommodations

At Fred's Flats, students are within walking distance of Fred's Appliance Academy.
A majority of the rooms are occupied by other students in the same class.
This allows the students to easily get together and study. Each flat houses 2 students and each student gets their own private bedroom.
The bathroom is shared and each flat comes with a kitchen and laundry.

Once you register, please watch for another email that will supply you the code to access your living space at our flats.
You are allowed to check in on the Sunday before class starts and check out on the Saturday after class ends before noon.

Please be advised that all flats are non-smoking.
For your convenience you may smoke on the balcony or patio located outside of your unit.
