We are seeking a skilled and dependable Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain household appliances. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently in customers’ homes.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, etc.)
• Accurately identify parts needed for repair
• Provide clear explanations and estimates to customers
• Complete service documentation and collect payment when required
• Maintain service vehicle inventory and tools
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous appliance repair experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA certification (preferred for refrigeration work)
