Del-Mar Appliance is seeking a skilled and reliable Appliance Service Technician to join our growing team. As a third-generation, women-owned family business, we take pride in providing top-quality service to our local community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer homes to diagnose and repair appliance issues
• Accurately identify problems and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Communicate professionally with customers and manufacturer tech support (techline)
• Explain issues and solutions clearly to customers
• Collect payments and complete service paperwork
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
• Represent Del-Mar Appliance with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work daily
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience in appliance repair is preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
