As an Appliance Service Technician, you’ll diagnose and repair residential appliances in customers’ homes, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, explain repair recommendations to customers, order parts, maintain truck inventory, and complete service documentation using a mobile device. Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to solve problems, help people, and build lasting customer relationships while representing Home Appliance Company with professionalism and integrity.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service and communication abilities, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Appliance repair experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, work safely in customers’ homes, and pass a background check, drug screening, and technical assessment.

This is a full-time, year-round position with a five-day work week. Your first service call begins at 9:00 a.m., with overtime opportunities available and only limited evening or weekend work as business needs require.
