Earn while you learn! Become a fully certified Samsung Appliance Repair Technician in less than two months and earn up to $950 weekly. Once certified, take a company vehicle home, receive a smartphone, and care for our customers by repairing their appliances.

During the training, you will learn how to ….!

As an Apprentice, you’ll receive hands-on training for 1-2 months at our Des Plaines, IL facility, covering troubleshooting and repair for various appliances, including Refrigerators, Stoves, Ovens, Ranges, Microwaves, Dishwashers, Washing machines, and Dryers. The training concludes with a 3-day certification at our Samsung Facility in Des Plaines, Illinois.


Once certified, you will receive a company vehicle, smartphone/tablet, and ongoing support. Our customer service team prepares your route daily while the delivery driver brings parts to your van so you can focus on caring for our customers!

Billing and invoicing? Consider it done with style and precision. Communication with the management team isn’t just about updates but crafting a narrative of success and teamwork. Oh, and those KPIs? Keep them soaring high, like a rock star hitting all the right notes.

But here’s the real kicker: you’re not just staying up to date but riding the cutting edge of appliance technology and parts. Get ready to bring your A-game because this position is not just a job – it’s your ticket to excitement and success!

Pay ranges from $18-$20 per hour. After completing the training, we will bump your pay by $1.00 with a 90-day performance review. Different incentives are available monthly, ranging from $250-$1000.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Basic Internet and computer skills
  • Communicate with customers in a professional manner
  • Must bend, squat, pull, and lift to 75 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
