We are seeking a skilled and reliable Home Appliance Technician to diagnose, repair, and service residential appliances. This role requires strong technical ability, customer-facing professionalism, and the ability to complete jobs efficiently with minimal supervision. Technicians will receive assigned service calls and are expected to deliver high-quality repairs that meet warranty and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential home appliances, including:

  • Washers and dryers

  • Refrigerators

  • Dishwashers

  • Ranges, ovens, and cooktops

  • Microwaves (over-the-range and countertop)

• Accurately troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues

• Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding diagnosis, repair options, and timelines

• Document service notes, parts used, and labor accurately in the company system

• Order parts when necessary and follow up on return visits

• Follow manufacturer guidelines and warranty compliance standards

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on all jobs

• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies

• EPA Certification (for sealed system work)
• Own tools
