Mr. Fikser Appliance Repair is hiring an experienced appliance repair technician in Northeast Ohio.

We are a small local company looking for someone who can diagnose problems accurately, do clean, reliable work, and treat customers and their homes with respect.

What you’ll do

• Diagnose and repair major residential appliances
• Explain diagnoses and repair options clearly to customers
• Keep accurate notes on service calls, parts, and completed work
• Manage a local daily route and communicate with the office when plans change
• Represent Mr. Fikser professionally in customers’ homes

What we’re looking for

• Appliance repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A valid driver’s license and reliable work truck
• Dependability, good judgment, and clear customer communication
• Ability to work independently

Pay and job details

• $25-$30/hour, based on experience
• Performance bonus opportunity
• W-2 position
• Mainly weekday work, with Sunday work available
• Truck allowance and weekly gas allowance
