Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and repair various types of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, and dryers
– Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on appliances
– Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
– Assemble and disassemble appliances for repair or replacement of parts
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
– Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used

Qualifications:
– Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
– Experience in appliance repair or related field service work
– HVAC certification is a plus
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Ability to drive a box truck for transportation of equipment and tools
– Excellent customer service skills

Skills:
– Proficient in diagnosing and repairing appliances
– Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read schematics
– Mechanical aptitude for disassembling and reassembling appliances
– Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
– Experience in field service or equipment repair is beneficial
