Level Up Appliances is a growing appliance sales and service company seeking dependable and motivated Appliance Service Technicians to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing residential appliances while providing professional customer service in the field.

We are looking for technicians with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills who enjoy hands-on work and solving problems. Previous appliance repair experience is helpful but not required for candidates with mechanical or technical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances including: refrigerators & freezers, washers & dryers, ovens, ranges and cooktops, dishwashers, microwaves and other kitchen appliances

• Perform in-home service calls and troubleshoot appliance issues

• Communicate repair options and recommendations clearly to customers

• Document diagnostics, parts used, and completed repairs

• Work with office staff regarding scheduling, parts, and service updates

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

• Provide professional and courteous service on every job

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving ability

• Experience as a service technician, HVAC technician, maintenance technician, or similar field preferred

• Ability to read service manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic information

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to lift and move appliances when necessary
