AMS Services is seeking an experienced residential appliance repair technician for Salem, Albany, Corvallis, Lebanon and nearby Oregon communities. Full-time availability preferred; part-time can be discussed. Tell us which of these cities you can regularly cover; your service area will be agreed upon before starting.

Compensation: 50% of the job total after parts costs are deducted. Payments every Thursday for completed jobs from the previous week. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment. You cover your own vehicle, fuel, tools, insurance and taxes. Workload and income are not guaranteed.

We provide: dispatch support, scheduling assistance and Housecall Pro access.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of paid, hands-on residential appliance repair experience.
• Ability to independently diagnose and repair washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens/ranges and refrigerators. Sealed-system experience is a plus, not required.
• Your own reliable vehicle and tools.
• An LLC, General Liability Insurance, W-9, signed AMS contractor agreement and technician handbook before starting. You may apply while preparing your LLC and insurance.
