Flash Appliance Repair is looking for motivated Appliance Repair Technicians to join our growing team. Recent graduates of appliance repair programs are encouraged to apply.

The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain major household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, and microwaves.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Document diagnoses, repairs, parts, and job status
• Follow company procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain reliable attendance and complete assigned service calls

Qualifications:

• Appliance repair training or related technical experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Professional appearance and customer-service attitude
• Ability to work independently and use a mobile service application
• EPA certification is a plus but not required
