What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair household appliances like washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, and direct vent gas fireplaces.

Perform dryer vent cleaning services to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

Use schematic drawings, manuals, and troubleshooting guides to pinpoint and fix issues.

Replace parts, reassemble units, and perform maintenance tasks like cleaning and lubricating components.

Deliver 5-star customer service, explaining repair processes and offering preventative maintenance tips to build lasting customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For

Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with tools and eager to learn (screwdriver skills are a great start!).

Customer-First Mindset: Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities and a basic understanding of electrical systems.

Self-Motivation: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative to get the job done.

Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is a must.

Brazing Experience: A plus, but not required because we’ll train you!

Background & Drug Test: Required for all candidates.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
