Appliance Repair Technician
Absolute Best Appliance is a locally owned appliance repair company serving Clarksville, Montgomery County, and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area. We are focused on building a stronger, more professional service team as we continue growing our presence in the communities we serve.

Details:
- Full-Time Position
- Starting Pay: $21.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Earning Potential: $4,500 – $10,000+ per month through hourly pay, commissions, and performance incentives

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair household appliances including refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, microwaves, washers, and dryers.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining company quality standards.
- Accurately document diagnoses, repairs, parts usage, photos, and job notes within Housecall Pro.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and management.
- Maintain assigned truck inventory and company equipment.
- Educate customers on appliance care, maintenance, and recommended repairs.
- Promote maintenance plans and request customer reviews when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.
- Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Job Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving history.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to safely lift and move appliances and appliance parts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous appliance repair experience preferred.
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, automotive, maintenance, or other skilled trades preferred.
- EPA Certification preferred but not required.
- Experience using Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar service management software preferred, but not required
- Strong diagnostic and problem solving.
- Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
