Job Title: Appliance Repair Technician

Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
– Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients, explaining repairs, and offering maintenance tips.
– Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in appliance repair is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
