We operate 150 residential units, four laundromats, and a used furniture retail store in the Delaware/Maryland region (on the Delmarva Peninsula region – not far from the beach area). We are looking for a seasoned repair technician who can go from Laundromat to Laundromat, Apartment complex to Apartment complex, and have a workshop in the back of the furniture store to repair, renovate, upgrade home appliances (stoves/refrigerators) and fix laundry machines (washers and dryers). A handy, self-motivated person – who doesn’t have to be babysat to show up to work and get the job done – by ‘work order.’ We are happy to relocate someone and provide transport and tools. We need a high-quality individual who enjoys fixing things and figures out independently by reading, watching videos, and investigating how to repair things as needed.
