Duties

• Must be able to Diagnose Home appliance issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting tools
• Perform repairs on various appliances including Refrigerators, Washers, Dryers, Stove’s, Ovens, Microwaves, Ice Machines, Garbage Disposals and more.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble appliances
• Interpret ladder diagrams and refrigeration schematics to identify faulty components if applicable.
• Conduct maintenance repair, and tasks on appliances and related equipment to help keep them in good running order.
• Assist with plumbing connections on repairs as needed for appliance installation or servicing only.
• Test repaired appliances to ensure proper functioning.
• Communicate clearly with customers about repair procedures, timelines, and maintenance tips
• Maintain accurate service records, parts inventory logs, and detailed documentation of repairs performed
• Safely operate Company vehicle to and from service calls in the field and abide by all safety road rules.
• Present your self in a clean and respectable manor each day with the company attire that is provided.

Experience

• Must Have Proven experience in appliance repair and service technician in field service environments
• Strong mechanical knowledge of Appliance Repairs with familiarity and Refrigeration systems.
• Experience with electrical systems, wiring diagrams, schematics, and ladder logic use
• Hands-on experience with plumbing tasks related to appliance installation or repair
• Skilled in using power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment for maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of equipment repair procedures including troubleshooting complex mechanical issues
• Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills
