My Whirlpool refrigerator stopped cooling and the soonest availability they had was 5 days later. It was frustrating to wait this long, and I had to toss out a ton of food, but the technician was awesome - Gabriel was the tech that fixed my refrigerator, and he provided me with updates throughout the repair. It was apparent right away that he was very knowledgeable, and he was polite and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that I knew what the issue was.

I attended the Oct 2022 (3) week course at Fred's Appliance Academy and must say it was very impressing. Being a retired military officer, I have had the opportunity to participate in technical training on a myriad of systems and equipment throughout my career. Fred's Academy provided exceptional in class and hands-on training. The instructor's expert knowledge and experience, combined with his charismatic teaching techniques, made the subject matter easy to comprehend and "stick." Management's commitment to student success and their transparency with their business best practices was very valuable. I highly recommend Fred's Appliance Academy training not only for entry level technicians, but for company management; there is an immense amount to be gained on all levels.

I highly recommend Fred's Appliance technician Brian...we have used Fred's several times and Brian is incredibly efficient & knowledgeable regarding appliances...Brian is the type of service technician everyone would wish for so ask for him by name!!! Don & Grace Mannarino Solon, Ohio
