Fred’s is a KitchenAid approved repair service. Brian was our tech and he was efficient, courteous, and respectful our our home. The office communication was top notch - which is always one of my pet peeves if a service business is not on top of it’s communication. Great results in less time than the KitchenAid customer service person first mentioned. They’ll be the first repair service we call when another need occurs!

I took the two week advanced refrigeration course. The instructors are very knowledgeable and entertaining. There is lots of hands on learning. By the end of the course I was confident enough to do sealed system work on my own. Also once you complete the course you are invited to the Fred’s alum fb page where you can post questions you have or advice you may need on repairs. Also the instructors hand out their personal number so if you ever need help they will be there for you. I try not to take advantage of this but when I do message Tim he’s ALWAYS been there to help.
